IN.BALANCE supports you to move towards your own sense of equilibrium and meaning.
Belinda works with adolescents and adults experiencing a range of presenting concerns. She has particular interest and expertise in: 1) Adolescent and youth mental health; 2) Perinatal and infant mental health; 3) parenting, especially when a child is struggling; 4) the intersection between physical and mental health (including psycho-oncology); 5) grief and loss. Diagnostically, she has a particular interest in anxiety and perfectionism.
Together we explore and map the nature of the challenge and pain and pathways forward to recovery and growth. From here, we draw on evidence-based therapeutic modalities which will support recovery and development. She values holding a warm, collaborative space for reflection, experimentation with new ideas, and change.
